1.Purchase Officer 1 Position
Job Description
- Handling Purchase of Raw Material and General supplies to the company;
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchase scope of work
- Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of the tenders.
- Identifying potential suppliers, reviewing existing suppliers, to establish their strength & work with vendors who have direct access
- Forecast and update price trends and their impact on future activities.
- Follow up and report the progress of Purchase requirements to the Purchase Manager

Required
- Male/Female 25 year up
- Good in Written & Spoken English
- Good Negotiation & interpersonal skill, Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Officer / Powerpoint
- Requires to have the ability to plan, organize & Co - ordinate all task requires for purchases
- Experience in Jewelry Manufacturing Business is prefered, but not required

2.General Controller 1 Position
Job Description
- Check finished piece to matching with company document (Count stone on PC and check with final pricing report)
- Check invoice for shipment of goods comparing to pricing report from Jeweal Program
- Controlling the stone shipment (Shipment slip compared to the label)
- Check daily transaction of stones returned slip
- Check daily transaction of selection slip
- Check daily transaction of Chain
- Random POP check and vacation check
- Sweep collection control
- Routine inventory for selector, QC and supervision of inventory for craftsman
- To work on any assignment received from management

Required

Can do filing prototype work.

To build the gold part to Jewelry items following work instruction and company quality.
• ทำงานโดยมุ่งเน้นให้ต้นทุนต่ำที่สุด สูญเสียทองน้อยที่สุด
To save material cost for company.
• ทำงานภายใต้กฎ ระเบียบบริษัท ฯ
To work under company rules and regulation.

• โหลดและปรับชิ้นงานบนอุปกรณ์หรือตารางการทำงานโดยใช้เครื่องมือประเภทมือ
• ตัดทุกด้านทุกด้านของเพชรด้วยวิธีที่ทำให้เพชรส่องแสงอย่างสมบูรณ์
• ปรับปรุงความชัดเจนของเพชร
• มีความสม่ำเสมอในการตัดเพชร
• รายงานผู้บังคับบัญชาของตนเมื่อใดก็ตามที่ เขา/เธอ มีปัญหาใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับเพชร
