Job Summary :
Responsible to analyze supply segmentation and coordinate with users to find opportunity to do global sourcing and design methodology to do strategic procurement for critical & specializes items under price competitiveness and plant reliability.
Key responsibilities:
1.Analyze and make strategy for global sourcing and procurement focus on critical & specialized items.
2.Find opportunity to male business partnership and long-term agreement that meet service level agreement and optimum cost.
3.Make Sustainable suppliers Development follow strategy to enlarge SD partnership.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineer/science.
- Bachelor Degree : Graduated with GPA >= 2.70
- Master Degree : Graduated with GPA >= 3.30
- At least 3 years’ experience in procurement filed, strategic procurement, sourcing
- Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage. (TOEIC >= 550 points)
- Able to work in a team environment , Having good decision making abilities, competent planning and organizing skills, good communication skills, paying attention to details, and being a leader ship.
- Able to relocate to upcountry.

- Handle routine HR Operations for Supervisory and Operator levels
- Coordinate with line managers in HR Planning and Management in the scope of Manpower Planning Rotation, Career Planning, Performance Management and Compensation Management
- Maintain HR databases both in e-HR and related databases
- Initiate and implement Employee activity plans as well as encourage employees to participate such activates
- Contribute to strategic and business unit planning to ensure that the Human Resources team continues to design, introduce, maintain, and monitor HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Actively promote and monitor the performance management process to ensure that it is aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Responsible for all human resource functions; recruiting, welfare & remuneration, employee relations, training & development

Brief job description :
- Plan the maintenance and overall inspection schedules.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Analyse the problems to find the solutions of root cause.
- Controlling, Planning and follow up about machine installation, operating, and maintenance.
- Monitoring the maintenace costs to the operation exellent.
- Support occupational health, environmental, safety and quality system activity and TPM concept.
Qualifications :
- 0-3 years experience of maintenance, engineering, construction or related fields is a plus.
- Master''s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- GPAX: >3.30 (Master) and >2.70 (Bachelor) .
- Good Command of both spoken and written English (TOEIC >450 for interviewing)
